The interview process is not efficient. I felt as if I was the one conducting the interview, as the Hiring Manager didn't have much knowledge on the company as a whole or their goals. After asking for him to go more in depth about the company, he told me to look it up online (as if I haven't already done that) - what a sales tactic. I asked how has the acquisition been over the last year, and he replied with "I don't know when we were acquired." No one on the team has been there longer than 3 months, which is a red flag on any team. Also the lack of communication from a SALES MANAGER, is probably the biggest red flag of all, as communication is the single most important attribute of a salesperson AND manager. If there is no excitement from a manager about the product they're selling or the team their building, the outcome is going to be the same.
