Entretien
The recruiter was very pleasant and accommodating. So were the engineers I interviewed with. That being said, they have been trying to fill a single role on a 5 person team for months now. Probably a red flag.

1. Initial chat with the co-founder discussing my prior experience, what they do, tech stack, etc.
3. Coding challenge.
