Interviewer, Customer Service VP with 0 credit reporting / Fcra experience was late to the call and could not explain the basic metro 2 duties of the role. Struggled to answer my industry questions. Interviewer became condescending when I could not provide exact system name from a position I was in a decade ago. All and all - very unpleasant and unprofessional. I bowed out or the interview process. Caution when dealing with this team.
