Everyone was nice in the interviews with a conversational style, nobody trying to prove how smart they are. The content of the one-on-one interviews had little overlap: One involved completing analysis with data loaded on a provided laptop, others were whiteboarding based discussing the business, the remaining behavioral , get-to-know you content.
