Phone interview was good and polite. But they were not clear on role specifications. Onsite interview Questions were ranged from security architectural to hexa coding output of random file. So could not understand what they expect from the role .the role kept changing at each interview . Require more maturity and training for interviewers. They need to understand for good experience candidates an interview is a two sided process not one sided.

What different components are used to secure a network or endpoint
Process required for incidence response system
Asked to read a print out with hex codes and ascii codes and tell them what they have done with the file by googling the codes written on the paper. Not even electronic copy.
Showed some outdated rules from snort and asked to explain what it does. The rule did not do anything it was useless rule.
