Interview process was easy. 2 stage process that focused on people skills. The focus was on whether I could fix a gap and be present as a manager. The interview also focused on addressing performance gaps as this was a client-driven revenue based industry.

Great with providing feedback. The process is super clear. There were a couple interviews and a presentation. They are quick to get back with you and in general awesome.
