Their interview process is very simple. If you are a woman, dress "pretty", and you are hired! Have your ID and SS card, other than that, most of the interview is simple "what would you do in this scenario" questions. You must be able to toggle between computer screens as you usually need 2 up at a time. Headset on all day, answering calls and making calls, but be aware, you are collecting money, mostly from elderly that cant afford to pay their medical bills, so you will encounter disgruntle people on a daily basis.
