Standard. Need to explain situations and how you would handle them and follow up on them after. About 3 people in the interview total. Seems like they are organized. Very standard hr procedure.

I first had a screen with the recruiter, basic behavioral interview questions. Kinda buzz kill in my opinion but whatever. I didn’t get very good vibes from the recruiter off the bat. She asked me multiple times if I left my previous employer on good terms, then questioned what I meant when I told her why I left even though I provided a very detailed explanation. Just didn’t seem like she was listening or understood. In the screen I found out the position was a call center, even though nothing in the job description mentions it. They offered me a panel interview and I declined. Trusted my gut with this one.
