usually a manager and supervisor will interview you. They will ask question about how you deal with angry customers. It took about 30 minutes they will let you know by the end of the following day if you are going to get hired or not.

*behavioral interview questions - "tell me about a time..." The theory is that your past responses will indicate your future actions

Panel interview with hiring manager and his/her manager
*conduct role play to collect funds
*be sure to ask for a specific amount and be prepared to negotiate and verify information
*Credit Acceptance has a very direct collection philosophy built on identifying the loan holders paydate, frequency of checks, and amount to build a solution
