Entretien
Interview process was easy, two panel interview having you read from a script. The supervisor also ask you scenario questions. Using the star method to answer questions really helps.
Fairly Easy process:
1) Applied online
2) 1 day later received a call from a Recruiter; set up phone interview for the next day.
3) Phone interview. Scheduled 'face to face' interview for 2 days later.
4) Panel interview. 'Face to face' held w/2 Supervisor's and a Manager.
I received a job offer within 15 minutes of leaving the building.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Basically all of the questions were the general interview questions such as:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Go over all of the positions listed on the resume & describe your role and responsibilities.
3. Tell me about a time...you had an angry caller; you went above & beyond for a caller; you were not able to assist the caller on that call (required further research/followup); you prevented a customer from canceling his acct/business......etc.
4. Role Play with Supervisor - this particular role required me to convince the customer to redeem his vehicle that had already been repossessed & getting him to pay the most possible toward the fees.
5. Opportunity given for YOU to ask the interviewers questions. PLEASE ensure that you have searched the web or have come up with some great questions. I believe they look for potential employees to ask questions. I asked a total of 8 questions.
****Word of advice****
BE CONFIDENT
Ensure lots of eye contact.
Focus on each person who is part of the interview, keep them all interacted.
When asking questions be sure to ask each of them a question or 2; they all may chime in as well.
