Found the posting via LinkedIn, applied and they reached out within that week to schedule an initial phone interview. Phone interview was scheduled and the interviewer called an hour early because she couldn’t remember the time zone difference that she specified in her email. I missed the call but did reply letting them know that I was still available at the original time scheduled, she called me right back at the same time. It was very inconvenient and unorganized but I accepted the interview at that inconvenient time understanding at this point that someone could possibly be incompetent.
I was asked to provide 5 references upfront (by the way, this is a terrible practice).
After my last reference was submitted, I received a called from the Director of Sales to schedule a 2 hour interview for the following week.
The interview consisted of about 1hr 20 mins of Q&A (the questions were repetitive and the interviewer was NOT professional in any capacity). After the Q&A, a role play was conducted and it’s basically conducted to give you feedback.
Let’s be clear, this position/company cares NOTHING about your experience and accomplishments, it’s 100% whether you can BS your way through the few interviews.
Short, easy. It was apparent that the person who interviewed me already had someone else in mind. Kind of cold feeling and it felt like they had to give the interview.

Not having interviewed for a while made me nervous but the interviewer Tammy Mass made it so easy . She was professional and incredibly transparent and knowledgeable about the role and the company culture and values which made it easy stress-free interview . I was talked to as human not a resumes. All my questions where answered and all expectations and process where explained in a friendly professional manner .pay and benefits are great but I came to realize that CAC is one of the best because of the people that works There such as Tammy .

The interview process for the Market Area Manager role at Credit Acceptance, guided by Jordan Frank, was smooth and well-structured. Jordan walked me through each step, promptly answering questions and keeping communication clear throughout.
The entire team was transparent about the goals and expectations of the position, which greatly aided my preparation. Knowing what was expected helped me tailor my responses and prepare effectively for each stage.
