Got interview from campus career fair, was invited to dinner with employees. 2 step interview process:
1. 1st round interview + coding exam
2. Final round --> talk about project you are proud of

Question 1
Coding exam is 3 leetcode easy with 2 hours. No advanced data structures needed, maximim one loop with 0(N) solution.
Pretty informal, there’s a technical, behavioral, and verbal technical interview. It’s changed since I joined in ‘22 though. Now they use cappfinity for the behavioral interview and I feel like that’s really changed things.

Entretien
3 * 45-minute virtual Interviews. You get an easy coding assessment (all solutions are O(N)) to complete before your first interview. First interview felt like a behavioral, they ask questions like why you want to be a consultant and why you picked your school. Overall a pleasant conversation, mine went well over 45 minutes. Once you pass that you are moved onto a technical presentation interview and behavioral. The technical interview is just presenting and walking the interviewer through one of your past projects. The behavioral interview was a nightmare to say the least... The interviewer conducting my behavioral was very rude and confrontational. No small talk or anything will just hammer you with non-stop questions from the get-go and expects everything to be answered with STAR technique (He will try to pick your stories apart and will get upset if you don’t answer every question using STAR). Felt like an interrogation more than an interview. Not sure what his problem was.

Some of the behavioral questions I was asked: Tell me about a time where you had to overcome a difficulty, Tell me about a time where you had a difficult supervisor, Do you have entrepreneurial spirit, Tell me about a time where you had a conflict and how did you overcome it.
