Applied through LinkedIn and received a phone call within a couple of days. This was followed by a phone interview (very technical) and then a final in-person where I went through three face-to-face interviews(HR, peer and hiring Manager). Each person was clear in the area and also were professional in their responses to my questions. They actually appreciated that I did my research about the company and their projects and technologies aside from my area.
