Submitted a resume and then was invited in for an interview the next day. The interview itself was the most unprofessional thing I had ever seen. It was done in the Directors office with all the doors open. Her family kept walking in and out and she stopped mid interview to play with her grandchild and casually talk with her son for a very long amount of time without even acknowledging my presence right across from her or that she was stopping mid interview. She went on to critique everything on my resume and spoke so condescendingly to me even though I was clearly qualified for the position. She went on to laugh when I suggested I was looking for $12-15 an hour and trust me I wouldn't have taken a job there for $40 an hour. The daycare itself was full of children screaming at the top of their lungs and staff did not seem to care and did nothing about it.I would never want to send my children there and overall it was an extremely uncomfortable process I would never recommend anyone to work there.
