J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Creative Assembly (Horsham, Angleterre) en mars 2019

      Entretien

I've applied to Creative Assembly(CA) for Graduate C++ Developer Role, they usually do not offer visa sponsorship for graduate roles but last semester two CA employees came to one of our seminars of one of our module in the university. I asked them if they do visa sponsorship for grad roles, they said no but if we like the candidate we do visa sponsorship by hiring them as junior developer so I should apply for the roles. Having this information in mind I applied to CA with a cover letter stating that I am aware CA does not offer visa sponsorship for grad roles but given the information I acquired from CA employees I would like to be considered etc. 1 - Then I received an online coding challenge a week later, I've completed. 2 - I've been contacted by a HR representative from CA to schedule a Skype interview as the next step. 3 - I started Skype interview with a high rank developer in CA which took literally 5 minutes. He asked me if I have a right to work in UK, and I replied no but I'm aware that you do not offer sponsorship and I've been informed it is still possible for internationals to apply in case CA likes them. Then I also said that I stated this in my cover letter as well. Interviewer said, one second, then opened my Cover Letter, and then said ah sorry I should have read your letter in more detail, sorry for wasting your time and bye. Is there a lack of communication among the company employees? Because I'm sure my application should have been reviewed by several employees by then. Also if you are so strict about this visa sponsorship, why your employees give misleading information? It is really demoralizing to have such interview experience for an application you were really looking forward to. Having resulted in such way that you feel like all the efforts you put through to the interview process up to that point are just gone in vain.
