I had two rounds. First round was with two HR employees and the second round was with two brand consulting account managers. The process was very organised and the interviews felt very conversational. I was updated regularly and did not have to wait long to hear back. I also appreciated getting a phone call after each round of the interview.

First round can be answered with standard STAR questions. Basic stuff. After about a month, I heard back that it was on to the next round. Second round is a bit more formal, more department-specific questions. After that, I got an offer.
