J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Crate and Barrel (Chicago, IL) en juin 2014
Entretien
I was called a couple of weeks after applying online and asked to do an interview. The interview was very easy and straightforward and very basic interview questions were asked (there were no tricky questions at all). The interviewer was extremely easy going, which made me feel like I was having more of a conversation with them rather than an interrogation. All in all it was a good experience.

It took them about one week to get back to me for a phone interview. The interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions. The basic questions were about your weakness, why you want to work there, your experience at crate and barrel. They were also very patient with me because I was nervous. After the phone interview they got back to within five days, but I didn't move on to a one-on-one interview.
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Crate and Barrel (Vancouver, BC)
Entretien
The interview process started with a written application form. I received a call for an interview, after this I went for TWO interviews. The first was with a Manager and then the Store Manager. I feel for a part-time Sales Associate job, two interviews are a bit excessive.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Basic questions about you, customer service, how you would handle different situations. And your background in customer service/sales.

Entretien
I submitted an application online, and within a week received a call asking for an interview. I was called on Sunday, interviewed the following Thursday, and was offered the job on the following Monday. The process was very simple and laid back, we did the interview at a table in the store.
