The process was a bit unprofessional. The two people who interviewed me hired me on the spot without checking references. I would prefer to work somewhere where references are checked to weed out potential problem employees.

It took them about one week to get back to me for a phone interview. The interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions. The basic questions were about your weakness, why you want to work there, your experience at crate and barrel. They were also very patient with me because I was nervous. After the phone interview they got back to within five days, but I didn't move on to a one-on-one interview.
