She was very brief and the phone interview lasted only 15 mins. She wanted me to ask her questions. This was the most awkward interview because there were periods of dead silence. Very off putting interviewer.

Applied online, and received almost immediate response to set up phone interview with regional recruiter. Initial interview cancelled, due to recruiter calling incorrect phone number. Rescheduled for 30 minutes, and actual interview lasted less than 20 minutes. Recruiter didn't ask very many questions, and didn't seem to be interested in my answers. Told I would receive call from store leadership, and instead received a form letter rejecting my application.
