Showed up 10 minutes early. Waited for interviewer on sales floor for about 15 minutes. Interview conducted on sales floor on a couch set. 1 hour of back and forth questions. The interview was very kind and open to dialoguing about the company, its history and structure--both within the store and with corporate, her history with the company, and we went through several hypothetical customer service scenarios that are typical to the company experience.
