      The interview process was very lengthy, for me it spanned a little over 2 weeks. A few days after I applied the recruitment coordinator contacted me to set up a video interview. I had to answer 3 questions, for each question there was a one min timeframe to read and think about my response. I then had to record my answer within a min with no opportunity for a second take. After that was completed I had a phone interview set up with a different recruiter that lasted roughly 40 min and included run of the mill interview questions. I was then told I needed to block out 1 1/2 hours to complete an assessment and personality test. The assessment portion was divided into 4 timed sections; math, word association, spacial reasoning & data checking. The personality test consisted of 99 questions. The next week I was scheduled to complete a site visit and shadow the operation administrator trainer. I was there for a little over 2 hours observing daily operations and procedures. The last step to this process was a panel interview with the recruiter, operation administrator trainer and regional manager. I was asked the same questions as the first phone interview and then told to elaborate on my answers. This took about an hour. Two days later I was sent an email informing me that they had found a different candidate who was better suited for the position. I personally felt that with all the time I had invested in the interview process it would’ve been more appropriate and professional to have received a phone call instead of a canned email.

      Applied online and they reached out within a few hours. I scheduled a one-way video interview. The next day, they wanted to schedule a phone interview. That is as far as I made it in the interview process.

      Entretien

      Interview process probably lasted around a month. I did a video interview, then two phone interviews, then they had me do an online personality and general knowledge assessment, (still not really sure what that was for) then another phone interview with more team members and leaders, and a clinic visit
