I was being considered for Test Lead Role via a consultancy via a telephonic round. I waited for the call for an hour and there was no communication about it. All of a sudden I get a call from the interviewer stating that she will take an interview. She asked me to tell about frameworks that I have worked on. I told her about Selenium and Appium and how to use them together. To my surprise she had not heard about them before. I felt bad for her and I knew I wouldn't make it to next round. It was not the way she conducted the interview by reading some random questions on the internet. It was not that some person not knowing how frameworks works but being judged at being technically not sound has inspired me to write this. Beware of you get a call from a local female who has pathetic oral communication skills, you will be rejected. You are representing your company to someone outside, get someone is apt to do it.
