They only hire girls. In our college out of 412 students they only shortlisted 12 girls for interview, even though when there were many boys who coded more faster and accurate than them.

They had come to our university for diversity hiring . So only female candidates were shortlisted . There were 3 rounds after that - online test , technical and HR.
