J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cracker Barrel (Gainesville, FL) en mai 2010
Entretien
I walked in was interviewed by several managers when the restaurant opened. Managers don't ask very hard questions, just the typical "what makes you a fit for this job" type. They will also question you about lengths of time spent at other jobs, so be prepared for that. What's great is that once you work for this company, they are usually pretty good at letting you transfer to other locations.

The interview was easy. They know most of these servers are just starting out. But they want you to know how to upsell, and how to work in a fast pace environment.

It went pretty well, just asked the norm, such as tell me a little about yourself and why do you want to work here. Just asked simple questions and told me I had the job and what day to come in next. I applied to be a server and they told me I would get 25 hours a week, but they ended up making me a to-go specialist and I’m getting like 6 hours a week. I also didn’t get scheduled for a month after my interview but I’m working a bit now.

Question 1
Give me a situation with a difficult customer and how you handled it
Very easy, seems like they were looking for a pulse. Mine was done at the checkerboard in the dining room. not a difficult job, so not a difficult interview. I don't remember any specific questions
