Friendly sit down interview in the restaurant. Store manager very friendly and I felt very comfortable. We went over my resume and she asked when I was available to start working and what shifts I preferred. She explained what the job entailed and what would be expected of me. She briefly went into the benefits and the fact that I could get pay raises and employee store discounts. Then she told me to wait a week until my background check was completed and cleared. I called back a few times to see what was happening. Then she told me two weeks later that I had the job and to come in.
