It was very welcoming . The first interview is a phone interview. If they like you they will send you to a photo shoot. They asked me to come to there location to do a photoshoot. When they asked to confirm dates and times, the had changed the location on me to the commissary wjere i agreed to teach classes. They did not reserve the space, I had to pay for the location, I wish I would have known in advance. They dont compensate you for that. You will have to purchase food for the photoshoot, and pay for the location if you dont have your own spot. For classes they will pay you in 24hrs.
