I applied online and a few days later received an invite for a phone interview. At the agreed upon time, the recruiter did not call so I sent an email reminding her about the missed appointment. Eventually I received an email saying she had to go to a meeting but for me to reschedule. I rescheduled the meeting and I did get a call. It was a total let down. From the moment we started, I felt that I was already prejudged. All the questions were geared towards negativity, I cannot recall any positive interaction, including questioning my language skills. It really felt like an interview from another era. 2 days later I received the typical decline email.
