There was an initial screen interview with a recruiter, then a first round video interview with a director, then a second round half day-long interview that included 5 meetings with various people in the company and on the team.

Question 1
I was asked to prepare and conduct a mock user interview. I was also asked several questions regarding my philosophy and approach to user experience.
