Meh. I submitted my resume via their website and was contacted by HR the next day. Against my better judgement, I filled out their questionnaire, including my expected salary range. The immediate response was that Cox does not pay that much because the position was not a senior role (despite the word "Senior" in the title apparently) Again, against my better judgement, I agreed to a phone screen with the hiring manager. Phone screen went well and I was promised prompt feedback which never came. My multiple follow-up attempts to multiple HR personnel were unanswered. A courtesy response would have been nice.
