Disclaimer: I am currently employed with a company within Cox and I applied for a position in another division of the company, please note my process may have been a little different than someone that is applying outside of the company. The first step in the interview process is a brief phone interview followed by an in person interview with the direct manager of the position applied for. After interviewing with the manager the direct of the department will be invited into the interview. The third step for my interview was an interview with the senior director of the department.
