Approached at a career fair event and handed my resume to the HR director. After explaining my interest in the company and position they had available, I was directed to talk to the superintendent of the Operations department. Similar conversation about my school and internship experience that would fit and benefit the company. Had an interview the next day at the career fair and a second phone interview with the manager of operations.
