Began with a phone interview, then meeting with the regional director(branch manager). Was then flown to Baltimore to interview with CEO, CFO, COO. Did assessment personality test online. Was offered position the following week. Very casual atmosphere in Baltimore(CEO was wearing jeans) , but drilled hard on drive and experience.

Only had one interview. I met with the branch manager. More of a conversation than an interview. I was offered a position the next day and I accepted. Very easy process.

Was speaking with an Out of State Recruiter who thought this might be a good fit, and when she shared it with me I told her I was interested. She got me the interview, went in, met with owner, chatted at length (mostly him telling me about the industry and the 2 positions), and then waited for his decision, but also thanked him with an email letter. Then things got pretty quiet and the recruiter hadn't heard ANYthing either. So I just started calling (and missing him) a few times - didn't leave a message at first, but then decided to. Then he called me back and said he would decided in a few days, but had to wait another week. So I called him back again and then he hired me over the phone, and I started in a couple days.

Hiring process was very easy, first an initial phone interview with HR to quickly go over your resume and background. Then a face to face with a Manager asking you typical questions such as "why sales" or "describe a situation where you..." questions. Nothing difficult, and not stressful. Lastly is a phone interview with the VP, where you basically have to close her/him on why you think the position is good for you and why you fit in with the company.
