I was contacted for a phone interview within a day after applying online. The recruiter went through my resume and asked me more detailed questions about my experiences. She also asked me about my ability to problem solve and be innovative (this was a theme throughout the entire hiring process). This took about 45 mins. I was then invited for a second round interview where I went into the office and interviewed with two separate managers for a total of about an hour and a half. They asked mostly general interview questions, but some were fairly difficult to answer and required critical thinking skills. During the second interview, I was asked to recap all the information I learned during the first interview, which I found to be a little bit odd considering I just heard a wealth of information that was difficult to regurgitate without processing it myself in any significant way. A couple of days later, I was contacted for a third round project day. I came in and met with a third manager for about two hours. We went through the website, he walked me through common questions users had, and gave me a thorough understanding of the ePA process. Then, I was given some time to study and prepare, and then he came back in for a role play. He asked me questions a user would have, and I was expected to answer their questions and solve the problem. I also was required to take a logic test and a communication style test. About 24 hours later I was offered the position. Overall, everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, intelligent, and talented. I felt stretched and challenged throughout the process, but also professionally sharpened.
