No interview, you sign the offer letter of you’d like a job. They bring you in for a PowerPoint presentation and explain the pay scale during and after training as well as benefits. Classes range from 8 to 16 people and you train with these same people for a month.

No resume required X-ray test, Reading/comprehension test, One on one star interview in a group setting,Physical test (carry 50lbs from one end to the next) and a 10 year background check.
