Phone interview, followed by a two day in-person interview. Very thorough. Both group and individual interview settings utilized. Theological and religious affiliation and beliefs were covered extensively. Integration of faith and work is an institutional value that is apparent through the interview process. They wanted to know who I was and and my personality as just as much as they want to know about skills and credentials.
