I applied through UCLA bruinview. They emailed me for the interview, which was held at their office on Wilshire. The entire process took a week or so to finish because they were careful selecting the final candidates. I was selected out of 5 people in the final round. Interview was not technical but proficiency with Word and Excel is a must. The overall interview experience was relaxed but not easy.
