Entretien
Very unorganised process and as nearly all my friends where approached by the company. They only want to screen the market because they don't understand the European market. They are talking about ambitious sales goals, but the funny thing is they don't have a product. Who needs Coursera if there is skillsoft, lynda, plurasight and co. Basically, they do not add any value. Don't waste your time with interview process. You would not sell much, because their business platform does not address any scalable business topics.

The difficult part was the role play exercise.
Entretien
Referred into the company by a current employee. There was seamless communication throughout the hiring managers and recruiting team throughout the process. There was a high level of transparency and I always knew next steps. They were very patient and moved at my pace, not theirs, which I appreciated.
