It was over the phone. They call you and as you a few question about who you are. Can you drive? Do you have any blemishes on your license. Can you drive manual. If not that is okay. What are your available hours?

Saw ad on craigslist and called the office. I was told to come right in. Short interview process. If you get along with the hiring manager, you will be hired.

Entretien
The interview process itself was very simple. I applied for the job online and was called almost immediately the following day to come in for a one on one. The interview is based highly on personality and driving experience. Once the initial interview was complete, I was told that I had to wait until the background confirmation came in and I could start the folliwng day. Being able to drive manual is not a must, but is a plus.
