5 part Interview; Phone screen with recruiter Zoom interview with 2 different managers at the location I was applying, with a mix of personal and technical questions. Zoom interview with 2 senior employees from the head office.

I had the first phone call which went well, and was told that I would be having a technical chat with someone from the USA in a few days time. This took place, however I was not told in advance that there would be whiteboard exercises to be done. Given I had not been given the correct information to prepare for the interview I was unable to complete these as intended. I was told to send him my answers later (which I did), but was ghosted. I would have preferred if this interviewer had provided the correct information about the interview, and that they should not have said to send the answers later if they had zero intention of any kind of follow-up.
