J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cotton On (Loganholme) en avr. 2017
Entretien
I applied online via the Supre careers website. About 2 weeks later I received an email saying they would like to meet with me and to pick a time slot via the link in the email. I clicked on it no more than 20 minutes after receiving the email and no spots were available so I called the store it was for and asked about it as I didn't want to miss out. They got back to me and offered a slot which someone called to cancel. I went to the interview and was super nervous. The manager was very nice, bubbly and approachable and I got along with her quite well. I feel like I interviewed well and may have succeeded if it weren't for my personal circumstances/availability having a 4 month old baby. I am sad I didn't get the job as I really wanted to work there.
The interview involved a brief resume review, questions about customer service, role-play scenarios, and availability discussion, followed by a store walk-through and friendly conversation with the manager about brand values.
Pretty laidback interview, dress code is casual and usually within 2 weeks to hear back from them. Questions they asked me was “what my experience was?”, “what my favourite cotton on clothing was?”, and customer service experience questions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Q: tell us about a time you went above and beyond for a customer
Casual, was in a cafe and was very informal. Briefly talked about experiences and availabilities, and was told about the role and what they expect and details about the role.
