      Entretien

      Duration and Process: The application process spanned three weeks and started out very promising. After a pleasant initial interview, I was invited to a more in-depth second conversation and then asked to complete a case study. I received positive feedback on my submission and was even asked to keep a time slot open for a final interview — including the opportunity to meet the team on-site. Disappointment: It was all the more surprising to receive a standardized rejection just a few days later — without any prior feedback or critical comments on the case study. When I followed up, I was given very vague reasoning ("not analytical enough", "lacking drive"), which didn’t align with the previous feedback or tone of the discussions. Positives: Friendly and respectful tone during all conversations Quick and easy scheduling of interviews Negatives: Lack of transparency in the decision-making process Feedback felt retroactively constructed The significant time and energy invested were not adequately acknowledged Conclusion: I would have appreciated more consistency and honesty throughout the process — especially when a final interview is already being discussed in concrete terms. Candidates invest a great deal of time and effort; respectful communication at eye level should be a given. A brief rejection after such an involved and lengthy process does not reflect that.

      Question 1

      I was asked to complete a case study based on a realistic Customer Success scenario. The goal was to identify potential churn risks for a hypothetical client and develop strategies for retention as well as possible upsell opportunities. The task required a structured outline of my approach, including a communication strategy, relevant KPIs, and potential collaboration with other teams such as Sales and Product. The focus was on demonstrating strategic thinking, customer insight, and operational planning.
