Had two interviews over the course of two months. Team was not very communicative and never really knew where we were with the process. Worst part was that I was interviewing for a remote position and after going through the whole process and final interview I was told they’ve decided that needs to be an on-site role and asked if I would relocate. Seriously… after all that time and effort it was essentially a bait and switch. Really not impressed with how everything was handled.

The interview process included a thorough manager round focused on my past project experiences, team collaboration, and leadership qualities. The technical and coding round was quite challenging, involving medium-to-hard level coding problems that tested my problem-solving and algorithmic skills deeply. Additionally, there were in-depth implementation and architectural discussions where I was asked to explain design decisions, scalability considerations, and security aspects of solutions I had previously built. Overall, the interviews were comprehensive and gave me a great opportunity to showcase both my technical expertise and my ability to think strategically at a system architecture level.
