The interview was very easy going. There were lots of questions about previous jobs and experience with certain situations. They also asked a lot about how I would respond if another employee wasn't pulling their weight or if I had an issue with them. The job requires you understand you will be utilized for their benefit (if they need help outside or in another department you will be moved). You must always be ready with clothes or attire wear for any other job especially outside if needed on a dime. It was a team interview but being relaxed helped and they seemed to respond. Really all I can say is just go into it thinking it's just another person to get to know. I went the next day for my 2nd interview and it was very quick 10 min. Basically just explaining attire and asked me if I wanted to know anything. I don't agree with the second interview being conducted in the middle of a busy food court. The first was in private and the second was in public which I have to admit was very awkward as people watch you. Just try your best to focus on the interviewer regardless of wandering eyes around you. They also told me they would check up on my references so make sure you have good ones. I check in and all mine had been called even personal ones. The following day I received a call and an offer for a job.

3 different interviews with different managers process took a while but actual interviews were quick and easy. Did have to call and follow up a lot in order to keep the process moving.
