I submitted an application for a membership advisor with an appropriate resume for the position. I followed up at the store several times and was called to set an interview. After waiting 1.5 hours for an interview - one of the managers who was supposed to interview me grabbed someone going by to do the interview instead. Then they did the interview practically with eyes rolling and then told me I was interviewing for another position. I don't think they even took the time to look at my resume. Also said, "You know this is an energetic place." ---- I guess I didn't look energetic enough to them. And that was the kind of so bad it was funny - and worst ever interview experience. Managers had 20-30 years experience at Costco and were definitely jaded.
