During the seasonal hiring they need manpower, so they spend several days doing interviews. Policy is to have 3 members of management interview you. Often this is separate, but for me my first interview had two managers. The questions were pretty generic, and I honestly butchered them. I think its personality that they look for the most. If you are willing to push a line of carts and show up on time, you should be good.
The interview process includes typical retail experience questions, scenario-based questions and answers. It is dependent on the warehouse, but it typically involves the candidate and the department manager. Overall, fairly simple process

Easy. Straightforward. Just like any other company. Asked a few questions about your job history and how you work with others. Then told me I should hear back in a couple days.

It was relatively easy. Just asked basic questions about experience. Most of the harder questions came from questions asking about customer service. Just remember they aren't customers, but members. They offer little training, so once you start you kind of are thrown in there, and it gets super busy. A little intimidting.
