6+ rounds of interviews Interviewed with 4 people and a 600 question psychiatrist exam within 6 hours period. Exhaustive process. Poor follow up from HR. Interviewer was rude and asked how I got to their office, i was recruited and they rolled their eyes. Did not keep up the conversation.

The process was smooth and organized up until the final round, which was the most exhausting interview process I have ever experienced. Within 24 hours I had two flights, three 1:1 interviews, and a 600+ question (not exaggerating) psychology assessment. To cram that much into such little time with essentially no time for meal breaks would be strenuous for any candidate. The final interviewer obviously did not review my resume until I was sitting in front of them and made me feel like I was wasting their time even though their recruiters were the ones who pursued me. To top it all off, they waited 2+ weeks to inform me that I did not get the role and were completely silent despite my follow ups.
