Initial call with recruiter that was freelancing and didn't seem to care about the company. Had to communicate with him twice in order to schedule an interview. After our meeting was done, it was time to schedule the technical assessment. I joined the interview and I was waiting for the manager to join, but he never did. After I sent a message to ask what happened, they noticed me that the manager was on vacation and he would be available after 3 weeks. I said OK and rescheduled our meeting (not a single sorry). When the time came for the meeting, it got cancelled 5 minutes before. I received an email that "we just found another person for the role".
