Star Method interview format with good conversation back and forth. Panel interview with 3 interviewers. Good process overall with intelligent and prepared panel. Background check is thorough and onboarding process is very long.

Two different interviews. An initial phone interview to just go over basic details and explore interest from both sides. Followed by a 3 person panel interview over Zoom. Questions are behavior based and example based questions.
