Phone interview with HR, followed with an in person HR and manager interview and then a final in person interview with the owner. It was great to be able to get a feel for the company and see the space, work environment, employees, and get a feel for the culture during the interview process while waiting for the interviews to begin. Interviews were very casual and laid back, they worked hard to make sure I was more of a culture fit, then just a resume.
