There were no technical questions it went straight to coding a solution while the interviewer was connected online and I couldn't complete. It felt like I was in front of an execution squad
Take home assignment to build end to end API endpoint in. Then two technical interviews with developers about general knowledge in .NET development. Overall not too hard and on point for the job.

There are four stages in the interview process, aside from the initial call with the hiring team. The first interview involves a LeetCode challenge, which is relatively easy and primarily focuses on creating a small system that adheres to the SOLID principles. The second round is again a LeetCode challenge, but it is significantly more difficult, and I struggled during this stage.
The interviewers are friendly and helpful; however, you need to actively follow up with the hiring team for feedback, as they do not provide any responses. This lack of communication seems quite unprofessional.

Positive experience overall, the people that i interacted with were all nice, no hard feelings being rejected.
Annoyed that i spent 3.5 hours interviewing and a lot of prep outside of that to not really receive any meaningful feedback on how i can improve, where i fall short etc. Also all interviews where scheduled during UK working hours, that's a lot of holiday to burn if you don't have flexible working arrangements.
